So I made some adjustments to this ad. One of them being that I tried adding a "worried" parent peering in through the window. It was discussed that although the message was clear that the car suffered an accident, or as Coni said apocalypse :p, and the child survived, there was no sign showing that the parents survived as well. So I hoped that adding the parent solved this problem, but I'm not sure if it looks too odd? What do you guys think? Also, I tried lightening up the car by taking away the creepy, gloomy background from the windows.
Eleni - I think the addition of the mom is a good one, it does look a bit distorted but we get the idea. I'm wondering if the Dad could be seen in the same way over on the right... in the flat black hole? And/or because there is no need for this accident to happen at night, could we get a look outside of the car through this area at either another damaged car in the distance or a highway railing, or something that would suggest where the accident happened (for this kind of accident I would imagine it would need to be on a high speed highway). Anyway... keep thinking about that right hand black "hole" and what it could tell us about the narrative of this scene.
